Okay each week I get a little more behind with my posting. I am sorry it's Friday and I haven't posted the challenge for this week. I am sure most of you are already doing this so it is not to big of a deal.
The goals for this week are:
-keep doing the good things that are working for you
-increase your exercise to a minimum of four days this week
-and at least three of those days should be a good cardio workout.
You can do it, I'm not doing great at it right now, but I will be your best cheerleader.
YOU CAN DO IT!! Keep it up!
