I hope you are all doing great on the weight loss band wagon. I for one have fallen off!! AAHHH! The weight loss roller coaster is NO fun, although it does make it a little more bearable knowing we are in it together and we can help and encourage each other along the way.

"10 in 10" week #7
Another week passed and I am still up on the pounds. YUCK! Once again I hope you are all doing great with this. This weeks challenge is a little more difficult, for me.
-limit caloric intake to 1400-1600 calories daily
-exercise at least four times this week.
Okay for me the exercise is not a problem but is it really possible to stay between 1400-1600 calories? I don't know if I can do that. I like food way to much. I hope it will be easier for you to do this. WOOHOO! Good Luck!

The Big 9 Year Old
David is now 9!! David's birthday was filled with games, yummy food, cake, streamers, and lots of singing. Birthdays are always so much fun. One of my favorite things to do on my children's birthday is to sing every variation of the Birthday song throughout the day. I have to sing the song at least as many times as they are old. So only 9 times today. You can imagine how fun that is for Daymon's birthday.
We started out the day by waking him up with a birthday song and his favorite breakfast, Bacon and Eggs! He also gets to pick his favorite dinner, which was "Shrimp Fradiavlo". That's kind of fun to say. Try and say that 3 times fast. hahaha

We always play the "hot and cold" game to find the gifts, you know, as you get closer to the gift you say hotter and as you get further away you say colder until you are burning up and find the gift. The kids love that! Levi even joined in the action this time, running around in circles laughing and saying hotter, colder, with his cute little baby talk.

"10 in 10" Week #6
Okay each week I get a little more behind with my posting. I am sorry it's Friday and I haven't posted the challenge for this week. I am sure most of you are already doing this so it is not to big of a deal.
The goals for this week are:
-keep doing the good things that are working for you
-increase your exercise to a minimum of four days this week
-and at least three of those days should be a good cardio workout.
You can do it, I'm not doing great at it right now, but I will be your best cheerleader.

"10 in 10" Week #5
I can't believe we are on week #5. Time has flown by and I am still struggling to get below a certain weight. It seems like whenever I get to this weight EVERYTHING stops. AAHHH! (Actually I would just like to fit in my pants better) Oh, well, I will keep trying.
I hope all of you are doing well and feeling successful on your 10 weeks to becoming more healthy and hopefully shedding a few unwanted pounds at the same time.
